Service Flow 1) Apply and make payment online
2) Select your preferred recording date and time (1-hour slot)
3) Visit the studio on the scheduled day and record a 12-minute video
4) Receive your video data on the designated date (via email or Blu-ray)
Service Details and Pricing • Video recording service (12 minutes): ¥120,000 (excluding tax)
• Blu-ray recording and shipping (optional): ¥8,800 (tax included)

Additional taxes such as Value Added Tax (VAT) may apply to international customers.
Payment and Pricing Information • Payments are processed online via Shopify, and payment methods such as credit cards displayed at checkout are available.
• Consumption tax applies within Japan. The tax amount will be automatically calculated at checkout.
• Your reservation will be confirmed once payment is successfully completed.
Video Data Delivery Method Please select one of the following options:
• Download delivery: Sent to your designated email address (no additional charge)
• Postal delivery: Provided on a Blu-ray disc (additional fees apply)

If a Blu-ray disc is requested, the following costs will be borne by the customer:
• Disc media cost
• Data recording and inspection fee
• Packaging fee
• Shipping fee

The total amount varies depending on the delivery destination. Costs will be confirmed before shipment.
If international shipping is available, customs duties and import taxes shall be borne by the customer.
Video Data Storage and Handling Video data will be securely stored for up to five (5) years from the recording date, after which it will be permanently deleted.
Please contact us if extended storage is required.

Cancellations, refunds, or returns for custom video production services are generally not accepted.
However, if a Blu-ray disc is found to be defective, it will be replaced free of charge after verification.
Customer Information and Privacy We use Shopify to manage our services in compliance with data protection laws and to protect personal information. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Reservation

Please make a reservation by selecting a date and completing the questionnaire via the “Reserve” button on the product page.

Payment

Please select a payment method, enter your billing address, and then click the “Pay Now” button to complete the transaction.

Signing of the Contract and Personal Information Confirmation Form

We will send the contract and the personal information confirmation form to the email address you provided. Please sign them.

Reservation Complete

Your reservation will be confirmed once we receive your signature.
