This service is a service-based offering primarily consisting of video recording and the provision of digital data. After the recording is completed, the edited video data will be delivered using one of the following methods: • Download link sent to the email address specified by the customer (no additional charge) • Shipment of a Blu-ray disc (optional) *The delivery method will be determined by the Company. Customers cannot designate a specific shipping carrier. |
| Delivery Timing of Video Data |
Video data will generally be delivered within 14 business days from the recording date. However, delivery may be delayed due to peak demand periods, editing requirements, natural disasters, or other unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you in advance or as soon as reasonably possible. |
| Blu-ray Shipment (Optional) |
If a Blu-ray disc is requested, the following actual costs will be charged: • Disc media cost • Recording and inspection cost • Packaging cost • Shipping cost The total amount will vary depending on the destination region. We will provide advance notice and obtain your consent before shipment. *For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, and local handling fees shall be borne by the customer. |
| Shipping Fees |
Shipping fees apply only when Blu-ray delivery is requested. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination region and delivery method and will be quoted individually. No shipping fees apply for digital delivery. |
| Payment |
Payment for this service is processed through Shopify online payment systems. Available payment methods are those displayed on the checkout screen. Your order will be considered officially confirmed upon completion of payment. |
| Cancellation and Refund Policy |
This service is a custom-made video recording service. Therefore, cancellations or refunds due to customer convenience are generally not accepted after payment has been completed. Even prior to the recording date, refunds may not be available if preparation work has already commenced. |
| Defective Product (Blu-ray) |
If a Blu-ray disc is found to have playback defects or recording errors, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. After confirmation, we will replace the item at no cost to the customer. |
| Important Notes |
Replacement or re-delivery cannot be provided in the following cases: • Damage caused by the customer's storage environment • Loss of data due to customer handling • Blu-ray discs after use • Requests made more than 7 days after delivery |
| Storage of Video Data |
Recorded video data will be securely stored for up to five (5) years from the recording date. After the storage period ends, the data will be permanently deleted using methods that prevent recovery. *Extended storage options may be offered separately. |
