Choose from the following methods for receiving your video data:• Email Delivery: Data will be sent to your specified email address (no additional fees). • Blu-ray Disc Delivery: Physical media shipping (additional charges apply). We may offer overseas shipping for physical media. Cancellation, Refunds, and Returns

• Up to 7 days before the recording date: Full refund• 6 to 3 days before the recording date: 70% refund • 1 day before the recording date: 30% refund • On the recording date or in case of no-show: No refund Please Note: Any payment processing fees or bank transfer fees incurred during the refund process will be the responsibility of the customer. Please check the condition and contents of the Blu-ray disc promptly upon receipt.If a defect (such as significant damage or inability to play) is found due to our company's fault, you can request a replacement free of charge. This request must be made within 7 days of receipt. Please note: Requests made after this period may not be accepted. Cooling-Off Policy (Distance Sales)
As this Service constitutes distance sales under Japanese law, the cooling-off provisions of the Specified Commercial Transactions Act do not apply.Because this Service constitutes a service-based offering, no refunds will be issued after the recording session has been completed. Cancellations prior to the recording date shall be subject to the Company’s designated cancellation policy. Due to the nature of digital data, returns cannot be accepted after delivery. Timing of Service Performance (Delivery of Service)
|
This Service consists of video recording, digital preservation, and future delivery of recorded data on a designated date.
Recording Date
The recording session shall be conducted on a date mutually agreed upon after confirmation of the reservation.
Data Preservation Period
Recorded data shall be securely stored for up to five (5) years from the recording date.
Future Data Delivery
The recorded data shall be delivered on the future date designated by the Client at the time of application, provided that such date falls within the preservation period.
Blu-ray Shipment (Optional Add-on)
Blu-ray discs, if requested, will be shipped after completion of production and confirmation of shipping costs and payment.

Defects or Non-Performance of Service
|
In the event of a significant technical defect attributable to the Company, one complimentary re-recording session will be provided.
